11th Annual Kids Fishing Derby

Simpson ParkRules & Regulations
1. Fishing begins promptly at 8:00 A.M
2. Children must be approx ten feet apart at all times
3. ALL fish must be weighed and signed in when caught by the derby entry. The derby entry must have his or her adult sponsor present at the time of weigh in.
4. Fish must be caught (hooked and landed) by the entry.
5, Total weight of the three biggest fish, per child, will be judged.
6. First, second and third place prizes will be awarded in each age group.
7. First and second places will be awarded in the casting contest.
8. Award will be presented to the child who catches the biggest fish; if a tie occures, length will determine the winner or by drawing names.
9. Catch and Release ONLY.
10. No child will be allowed to participate without an adult present at all times.
