NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Valley Park, Missouri at 7:00 p.m. Monday, December 19, 2022, to occur at Valley Park City Hall (320 Benton St # A, Valley Park, MO 63088) to consider the following items:

An application for rezoning submitted by Elite Majestic Pointe, LLC, for a portion (approximately 0.22 acres) of the property located at 32 Lucie Avenue (St. Louis County Locator: 27Q610453), requesting rezoning from Planned Development - Commercial to R-2 Residential.
