NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Valley Park, Missouri, at 7:00 p.m. Monday, January 9th, 2023, to occur at Valley Park City Hall (320 Benton St # A, Valley Park, MO 63088) to consider the following item:

1. An ordinance amending Appendix A of the Zoning Regulations of the City of Valley Park to include the uses comprehensive marijuana dispensary and comprehensive marijuana growing operations.
