NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Valley Park, Missouri, at 7:00 p.m. Monday, February 13th, 2023, to occur at Valley Park City Hall (320 Benton St # A, Valley Park, MO 63088) to consider the following item:

I.        An application to amend an existing Conditional Use Permit submitted by Valley Park Properties, LLC., for 7.16 acres of the property located at 65 Shady Lane (St. Louis County Locator: 26Q330343), requesting to develop the property into a Solid Waste Combustor and Incinerator facility.
