NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING.
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Valley Park, Missouri at 7:00 p.m. Monday, October 17, 2022, in Council Chambers of City Hall, 320 Benton Street, Valley Park, Missouri and via ZOOM (link to be found at www.valleyparkmo.org) to consider a petition for rezoning the property at 994 Meramec Station Road. The petitioner would like to operate an electrical yard and accompanying building with outdoor storage at this location which would require rezoning the property from PD-C “Planned Development-Commercial” to PD-MX “Planned Development-Mixed Use”. At said hearing, interested parties and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard.
