Hillsboro Road and Meramec Station Road Stormwater Improvements Project
Project Status Update
April 3, 2026
Primarily due to the weather conditions, some of the projected dates of completion for this project have been pushed back. As the project nears completion, certain tasks must be completed before other tasks can be completed. When the weather pauses activity on the project, exponential additional delays are experienced because of it.

The table below lists several tasks and the updated projected date of completion for each of the tasks.
The contractor provided an updated schedule on April 2nd, and these dates were taken directly from that
updated schedule. As always, the projected dates of completion are weather dependent.

Once Hillsboro Road is open to traffic, the remaining tasks, mostly located on Meramec Station Road, will be completed under flagging conditions. Please exercise care and caution as you travel through the worksite.
The following pages contain photos of some of the work that has been completed and some items that are in the process of being completed. All the photos on the following pages are traveling northbound on Hillsboro Road and were taken on the afternoon of Thursday, April 2nd.
We understand the inconvenience and frustration this project has caused, especially since the original construction timeline indicated this project would be finished four months ago.
