Phase 1 Construction Saint Louis Avenue from 10th street to 6th street is back underway. Please expect delays if traveling in this area. Road crews will be out flagging, but there will be some road closures periodically to run pipes across the roadway. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please make necessary detours when possible.
