St. Louis Avenue - Phase 3 Preliminary Site Plan

The City is in the process of designing a project to improve St. Louis Avenue (Third Street to Beckett Memorial), Beckett Memorial (St. Louis Avenue to Marshall Road) and Marshall Road (Beckett Memorial to Highway 141). Improvements will consist of an asphalt overlay of the existing roads, new sidewalk and curb ramps to improve accessibility, new curb and gutter and street lighting.

The project is a collaboration between the City, the Missouri Department of Transportation and the East-West Gateway Council of Governments using Surface Transportation Block Grant Program funds to assist in the costs of the project.
