Public Hearing Notices for September 12, 2022

The following Public Hearing's are set for September 12, 2022:

1) NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Valley Park, Missouri at 7:00 p.m. Monday, September 12, 2022, in Council Chambers of City Hall, 320 Benton Street, Valley Park, Missouri and via ZOOM (link to be found at www.valleyparkmo.org) to consider a conditional use permit for the property at 590 Vance Road. The petitioner would like to operate a convenience store at this location. At said hearing, interested parties and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard. Any questions or inquiries should be directed to Adam Jones,  contracted city planner, at 314-231-7318 during regular business hours.

2) NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Valley Park, Missouri at 7:00 p.m. Monday, September 12, 2022, in Council Chambers of City Hall, 320 Benton Street, Valley Park, Missouri and via ZOOM (link to be found at www.valleyparkmo.org) to consider a petition for rezoning the property at 994 Meramec Station Road. The petitioner would like to operate an electrical yard and accompanying building with outdoor storage at this location which would require rezoning the property from PD-C “Planned Development-Commercial” to PD-I “Planned Development-Industrial”. At said hearing, interested parties and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard. Any questions or inquiries should be directed to Adam Jones, contracted city planner, at 314-231-7318 during regular business hours.

4) NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Valley Park, Missouri at 7:00 p.m. Monday, September 12, 2022, in Council Chambers of City Hall, 320 Benton Street, Valley Park, Missouri to consider the following items:

A) Revisions to Chapter 355 Stopping, Standing or Parking Prohibited in Specific Places, Section 355.110 Parking in Residential Areas to revise provisions related to parking in residential areas.

B) Revisions to Chapter 405, Appendix A, Listing of Permitted and Conditional Zoning District Uses related to concrete manufacturing businesses within the City.
