Leonard Park / Arnolds Grove Trail Head
A $500.00 deposit is required on all rentals at the time of reservation and must be paid separate from rental fee. It will be returned after the event if the facility is free of damage and trash. Deposit must be paid separate from rental fee by check only. Cancellations made within 14 days from the date of rental is non-refundable.
Anyone renting a Picnic Shelter from November 1st to March 21st will be required to supply a Johnny on the Spot for the rental/event.

Athletic Fields

Cancellations made within 14 days from the date of rental is non-refundable.

Archery/Ranges

Deposit must be paid separate from rental fee by check only. Cancellations made within 14 days from the date of rental is non-refundable.

Vendor Permit
Business License, $2,000,000.00 Certificate of Insurance Naming the City of Valley Park, Health Certificate form St. Louis County Health Department, Permits for Inflatables, hot air balloons and Carnival Rides may be obtained by calling St. Louis County Department of Public Works at (314) 615-7806. Permits and inspections are required by St. Louis County and does charge a separate fee for permits. 15% of their gross rentals, sales of food, beverages and services per picnic.

Military Discount
Any resident head of the household who is a veteran of the United States Armed Services or is currently on active duty military status shall be exempted from user fee for two (2) annual uses. Proof of such status shall be made to the Park Director by exhibiting Active and Honorable Discharged documents or a current military identification document.
