Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Valley Park, Missouri at 7:00 p.m. Monday, March 8, 2021, via ZOOM (link to be found at www.valleyparkmo.org) to consider each of the following items:

Application for a Proposed Zoning Change for the purpose of a Zoning Change from NU (Non-Urban District) to I-1 (Industrial District) covering addresses: 802 Forest Avenue, 40 Lake Hill Drive and 758 10th Street.

Application for a Conditional Use Permit for the purpose of an open storage facility covering addresses: 802 Forest Avenue, 40 Lake Hill Drive and 758 10th Street.

Application for a Conditiona Use Permit for Aloha Mini Golf, 13502 Big Bend Avenue.
